This Dura-Ace Goes to 11?

Just when you thought a 10-speed cassette was enough, Jan Ulrich slaps 11 cogs on! The Linder-11 is an add-on. I don't know how it works, and I don't know if I want to. Like Nigel Tufnel from Spinal Tap said: "This one goes to 11."
