I am not sure, but I am pretty sure that bib tights worn over the top of sleeveless jerseys are against Sarpy County code. If the fashion police hear of this, I am quite sure Frank O will not be the only one to lay claim to being cuffed and stuffed at Swanson! Looks like fun. I hope to join next week for the Trek Store Vs. Highgear Company championship. (-:
